**About the Opportunity**
With over 300 programs in different technologies, TRS is considered the lifeline of Reece and our branches heavily rely on our internal ERP being operational to provide service to their customers. As part of our internal Support team, working alongside our development teams, you will play a critical role supporting our Reece branch network with any queries or issues that present.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and advise related to TRS, which can mean managing high call volumes
- Documenting and updating incidents and requests in call ticketing system (currently ServiceNow), and all necessary follow up
- Reproducing issues and gathering required information before escalating, and ensuring that tickets are escalated in a timely manner
- Taking ownership of tickets and working with development team to understand the resolution
- Striving, where possible, to close tickets at Level 1
**About You**
You are an exceptional communicator, and enjoy working in a fast paced, high-volume environment. You understand the need for urgency, and the importance of attention to detail.

- Tech savvy, with experience working in a technical support role
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical staff
- Quickly adapt to change (reactive to incidents)
- Ability to manage highly stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box (and challenge the norm)
