About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team environment, with like-minded individuals that love what they do and are passionate about the products and the company, in a full-time permanent position. No two days are the same, so there is lots of variety. The role is based at our North Plympton office and reports to the Team Leader in Customer Service.
Other responsibilities:
4. Answering inbound calls presented to the Call Centre
5. Provide status updates, assist customers with product availability, promotions and pricing enquiries.
6. Receive, processes and verify the accuracy of orders received via email, phone, EDI or other means and enter into internal MXP database system.
7. Review and maintain outstanding backorder reports daily, to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time and in the most efficient way.
8. Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration, Quality)
9. Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
10. Assist the Customer Service team to achieve Service Levels as aligned to current KPIs set within the team.
About You:
11. Minimum 12 months experience in a similar setting
12. Certificate III or equivalent in Business (or related discipline)
13. Prior experience in a sales, distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment
14. Awareness of, or experience in the plumbing / irrigation industry
15. Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
16. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
