The Role
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care
* Ensure compliance with NQS, service policies, and state regulations
* Cultivate a collaborative and stimulating environment for both children and staff
* Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community
* Mentor and support educators to meet high standards of practice and create enriching learning experiences
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and healthy environment for children, staff, and families
Role Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
* Demonstrated previous experience within a Centre Director capacity
* Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
* Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with families, children, and the wider team
* Strong focus on safeguarding and child safe standards
* Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices

Working alongside a longstanding 2iC, you will have hands-on support and a handover with the current service director.
