We're searching for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast‐paced bakery environments. You'll take pride in contributing to a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.
About you and your skills
- Trade Certification or Diploma – a formal qualification in baking is required.
- Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high‐speed baking setting.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge – you uphold high standards.
- Customer‐obsessed – delight customers with your love for baking.
- Passion for quality and consistency – you take pride in every loaf delivered.
- Mentorship and team support – coach and support other team members to hone their craft.
