About the Role
Lead complex infrastructure projects across energy generation, battery storage and related sectors.
Responsible for project planning, scope, risk and resource management.
* Project planning and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
* Developing a high-performing project team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
* Stakeholder engagement, reporting and project documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) regulations and regulatory requirements.
* Driving project close-out and successful transition to operations.
* Supporting business development and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is required.
Extensive experience in construction project management, including large-scale, multi-disciplinary energy projects in the Australian market.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project teams, with strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.
Deep knowledge of conventional and renewable power generation technologies, and a strong understanding of Australian construction standards and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement and contract negotiation.
Proficient in project management tools and systems, preferably MS Project, Primavera or ERP platforms.
