The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an engaging individual to work with families and communities to promote the importance of preschool education and encourage future enrolments in preschool services.
As a Preschool Liaison Officer, you will undertake community engagement and outreach activities to understand and address the needs of families with young children, while promoting the importance of preschool education. You will support families through enrolment and transition processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to programs and initiatives that enhance preschool readiness and participation.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate III in Children's Services or another relevant qualification and has three (3) years of recent experience in early childhood education (indicative).
* Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the importance of preschool education to a child's development
* Demonstrated ability to form strong relationships with families, community members and service providers
* Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and conduct evaluations
* Skills in influencing, informing and promoting services to adults
Benefits
This is a fixed‐term, part‐time position working 28 hours per week until 30 December 2026.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $79,969.34 gross per annum (paid pro‐rata), comprising of:
* $1,373.10 per week base salary (paid pro‐rata)
* $164.77 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%) (paid pro‐rata)
