Central Queensland Hydraulics is a small growing business with a Workshop in Paget selling, repairing and servicing hydraulic components for numerous customers in Mackay and the Bowen Basin. We also have personnel working on site.
This position is Full Time - 5 Days per week - 7.30 to 4.00pm with a short day on Friday.
The successful candidate will have Bookkeeping/Accounts/Receptionist experience and will have used Zero, and Aroflo accounting software.
If you enjoy a challenge, the workshop is very busy at times so this can be a demanding role.
Main Duties include:
Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service,
Assisting the Office Manager with the following:
Creating and processing of Sales, including packaging and arranging freight.
Creating and processing Workshop Repair Jobs, ordering parts and assisting the Manger to ensure the jobs are correctly coordinated and completed.
Data Entry of bills and associated job reports as per our Company Procedures.
Job Costing, Invoicing and Customer communication,
Filing and Archiving,
General Office maintenance as required,
Checking Stock and Inventory.
When required, assisting with Inductions & WH&S Requirements.
The successful person will need to have an eye for detail, be conscientious, flexible, with great communication skills to be able to work with the team in a sometimes busy environment.
