About the Role
Allied Connect is seeking a motivated Administration Officer & Appointment Scheduler to join our team at Varsity Lakes. Working within the Allied Health sector, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our Multidisciplinary services by managing referrals, scheduling appointments and handling daily correspondence with clients and case managers.
This role offers flexibility, with both full-time opportunities available. However, a Monday to Friday presence in our Varsity Lakes clinic is required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Receiving and processing Multidisciplinary referrals
Scheduling and managing appointments, including out-of-rotation bookings
Communicating with clients and case managers daily
Supporting the team with general administration tasks
Learning new systems and processes to enhance workflow
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team
Previous administration experience is essential
A Certificate or Diploma in Business (desirable but not required)
Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys multitasking
