Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer position. Balanced lifestyle roster with 6 days on 6 days off in Darwin or Broome, Australia, working 10-hour shifts. Package includes $158k - $199k, 12% superannuation (license dependent), relocation support, and support to transition to an AU CASA part 66 license.

Leidos Airborne Solutions Australia leads critical airborne operations for the Australian Government, including border surveillance, search-and-rescue, and mission support with ISR capabilities. Our bases span across Australia and the Indian Ocean Territories, including a 24/7 Operations Centre, Systems Integration Lab, and Mission Equipment Service Centre.
Your New Role And Responsibilities
Leidos Australia is seeking experienced B1 and B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for opportunities in Broome and Darwin. You will work a 10-hour shift pattern (AM/PM) with responsibilities including:
Ensure all aircraft maintenance, documentation and certification are completed in line with the MOE, procedures manuals and CAMO requirements
Hold safety as a core value and contribute to a zero-harm environment through participation in safety programs
Perform, implement and maintain required shift/task handovers
Ensure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed with applicable control procedures prior to issue of a CRS
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
Experienced LAME B1, B2 or dual licensed
Dash 8 (DHC-8) Classic Type Rating
Heavy and line maintenance experience
AU CASA part 66 license or commitment to transition to an AU part 66 license via the CASA Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act
