Job Description
The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a multidisciplinary team responsible for engineering, drafting/design, maintenance projects, project management, procurement, and cost control.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, vision, and leadership skills to drive integration across operations, lead project governance and team performance, and ensure all work is delivered on schedule and in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Balancing operational priorities with broader strategic goals across a diverse technical portfolio.
* Leading and managing the full range of Re.Gen functions, including engineering, drafting/design, maintenance projects, project management, procurement, and cost control.
* Providing high-level reporting and communication to senior management, board-level stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
Significant experience in senior engineering, program, or project leadership roles in complex technical or industrial environments.
Experience working on mechanical projects.
Understanding of the delivery of mechanical projects.
Demonstrated success in managing large, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and technical services.
Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level).
Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution, underpinned by excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement, contract management, and risk management capabilities.
A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with the ability to work across multiple sites and functions.
