Through inspirational leadership and strong business acumen, you will foster a culture of positivity, collaboration, and high performance. Your role will be pivotal in propelling the store’s success by exceeding customer expectations, accelerating sales, and empowering your team to thriveKey Responsibilities:Lead, motivate and nurture a team of retail staff, ensuring they receive clarity, training and feedback regularly.Guide your team to provide an outstanding experience for our customer whilst supporting them to meet and surpass store performance metricsTake charge of store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve and support business growth.Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging actively with customers to drive sales.Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functionality and identify ongoing improvements in store processesManage staff rosters to ensure proper coverage in line with expense budgetsWork closely with HQ to maintain stock levels and discuss stock opportunitiesOversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards.Maintain a strong focus on detail and uphold high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.Report on customer feedback regularly to ensure the customer is kept happyWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury brand.Proven people management experience, leading and motivating a team to achieve success.An empathetic leadership style with effective communication skills and a growth mindsetA keen fashion and styling eye, with the ability to merchandise effectively and uphold brand standardsProven ability to drive and optimise salesStrong knowledge of retail operations, a keen business sense and a commitment to acustomer-centric approachA solid understanding of rostering and reportingIf you believe you’re the right fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you.
