You'll lead end-to-end tender submissions across commercial, community, and mixed-use projects — supported by a smart, capable team and backed by a leadership group that values your ideas.

Leading EOI and tender submissions from early engagement to final delivery
Coordinating input from estimating, design, and delivery teams
Writing compelling bid content and creating client-focused messaging
Managing timelines, submission design, and compliance
Driving continuous improvement in bid strategy and process
What We're Looking For :
5+ years' experience in bid management, submissions, or marketing within construction
Excellent written communication and project coordination skills
Experience working on bids $5M–$100M+
Passion for storytelling and sharp commercial instincts
