You\'ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment where your growth is encouraged through hands-on experience in recruitment, as well as access to ongoing training and development.The role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to impactful work across the department.The Role:As a member of People and Culture, perform multiple and diverse tasks associated with recruitment processes for the DoH you will:Provide advice and assistance to managers and staff on a diverse range of human resource services, specifically those associated with recruitment matters.Manage and monitor recruitment processes to ensure selections are undertaken in a timely manner; liaise with managers and selection panels to ensure timely completion and submission of selection reports and job requests.Prepare recruitment related correspondence, process instruments of appointment and assist with recruitment and vacancy filling requests in accordance with established processes and procedures.Assist with establishment maintenance.Actively participate in staff training and development and continuous quality improvement activities.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointment:fixed term, full time, day worker, position, working 76hours per fortnight, commencing ASAP until 20 September 2026*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary:$73,811 to $79,779 per annum.
