At TETRACE, we continue expanding globally within the wind energy sector, and we are looking for an HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environmental management on a major wind turbine installation project in Pilbara, WA.
Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of the project HSE Management System.
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and client requirements.
* Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
* Monitor HSE KPIs, audits, and inspections.
* Oversee contractor HSE performance and site compliance.
* Act as the main HSE interface with clients and project leadership teams.
Qualifications
* Degree qualification in OHS / WHS / Engineering / Environmental Safety.
* Experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation in Western Australia.
* Proven experience in project and contractor HSE management.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* WA-based candidates highly desirable.
