Job Title: Change Manager Specialist
The successful candidate will bring real-world experience working in or closely with investment functions to support a significant transformation within the investments portfolio.
About the Role:
* Support the execution of change plans, training, and communication activities across the investment lifecycle.
* Assist with stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
* Create role-based training guides, communications, and SharePoint content.
* Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and engagement feedback.
* Support business cut over and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Change Analyst, you will work closely with a Senior Change Manager to guide the strategy while delivering day-to-day change components. This includes:
* Assessing impacts on front, middle, and back office operations.
* Developing communication and training materials for stakeholders.
* Tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements:
* Currently working in a change management role (Change Analyst or Change Manager).
* Background in investments, funds management, trading operations, or related financial services environments.
* Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle.
* Exposure to portfolio management or trading platforms such as SimCorp, Charles River, Aladdin, or Calypso is highly regarded.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with ability to translate technical impacts into clear messaging.
* Previous experience supporting system implementations or large-scale transformation programs.
