Di Jones Consulting – Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager (minimum 5‑8 years) to work autonomously across our business, delivering exceptional outcomes and quality across our commercial, workplace and hospitality portfolio clients.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee entire project lifecycle, managing programs, contract administration and budgets.
- Obtain approvals and produce client reports.
- Mitigate risks, ensure safety reporting and monitor project progress.
- Manage own tasks, deadlines and deliverables, communicating clearly with senior client executives, head contractors and consultants.
Qualifications
- 5‑8 years of client‑side project management in design, construction, quantity surveying or engineering industries.
- Proven experience of running projects independently.
- A degree or relevant diploma‑level qualification.
- Skilled project management certification preferred but not essential.
- Australian citizenship required.
- Advanced MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint knowledge.
- InDesign experience preferred.
