Job Role Summary:

The Client Services Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to a professional accounting team. The role requires confidence in working with other team members and valued clients, often with experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Scanning and collating client information for provision to authorized third parties
* Drafting letters for review (advice letters, ethical letters, finance support letters etc.)
* Sending out correspondence received
* Preparation of bound sets for review
* Assisting with reception duties as required
* Banking duties as required
* Responding to ATO notices and liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients regarding lodgements, payment arrangements, and other obligations
* Following up on proposals and outstanding documents and sending out checklists to assist clients in fulfilling our requests for information
* Setting up clients across all data bases and updating for changes as required
* Drafting basic letters to clients about various accounting matters
* Maintenance of Corporate Secretarial records including shareholder changes, varying trust deeds, changes to shareholdings, and change of address
* Formation of new entities
* Attending to invoicing queries from clients
