Engineering Manager Role Overview
This role entails leading a team of specialists in providing mechanical, civil, and structural engineering support for construction/renovation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analytical acumen, and an eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide electrical, mechanical, and civil, and structural engineering support for construction/renovation activities, configuration management, maintenance, feasibility studies, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates and taskers.
* Review proposed infrastructure changes, support construction activities, assess impacts and ensure changes comply with US Government and Host Nation environmental regulations and Site standards.
* Responsible for the management of Work Orders to include resource management and interfacing with customer representatives.
* Hiring, training, and leading a competent workforce to be versatile and technically savvy.
* Orchestrating activities to align with the overarching contract requirements and to ensure smooth plant operations.
* Guaranteeing the continuity of critical infrastructure operations, with a commitment to reliability for around-the-clock mission support.
* Executing thorough evaluations of facilities to guide the prioritization of key upgrade projects and enhancements for energy management and automation.
* Implementing work processes and leveraging data analysis to assist clients with achieving reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates.
* Drafting comprehensive reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
* Communicating effectively with diverse teams, responding to questions, and solving a range of operational issues.
* Applying corporate standards diligently and upholding strict adherence to environmental, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Keeping a close watch on contractual obligations and staying informed of any regulatory changes that impact facility operations.
Physical Demands:
This position entails various physical activities, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering through diverse positions, and may require lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
