Job Description
Access Hardware is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Trade Sales Representative to become a valued member of our team. This is your chance to be part of a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment, where your contributions are valued and your career can grow.
About the Role:
* Handle counter and telephone sales inquiries
* Process sales and purchase orders efficiently
* Support our external sales team with day-to-day needs
* Prepare sales quotations and following up via phone and email
* Use your general computer skills to manage customer and order information
About You:
We're looking for someone who has:
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional presence
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
* Experience in a Call Centre Environment
* Good communication, computer and problem-solving skills
* Professional phone manner
* Experience in architectural hardware is a plus, but not required
