**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and tracking inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project administration, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction processes and documentation is highly desirable.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
