Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior executives.
Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
Act as the first point of contact, handling communication and correspondence with professionalism.
Assist in the organisation of events, conferences, and team meetings.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or high-level secretarial role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
