Seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Assistant to support the sales process.
This role involves coordinating property preparation, managing buyer relationships, and ensuring seamless administrative support behind the scenes.
* Pre-Listing & Property Preparation: Coordinate with sellers and trades to prepare properties for market. Organise marketing invoices, Form 2 disclosure statements, certificates, and compliance documentation.
* Buyer Management: Register and follow up with all buyers from open homes. Enter buyer details into the CRM, set reminders, and maintain accurate records.
* Marketing & Social Media: Draft advertising copy, create brochures, and coordinate marketing materials. Post updates on social media and share reels, stories, and property updates.
* Open Home Support: Attend open homes on Saturdays to assist with setup, greet buyers, and manage enquiries.
* Administration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records for both sellers and buyers. Prepare reports, buyer feedback summaries, and other supporting documentation for the agent.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administration or Personal Assistant role.
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident in managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Professional, proactive, and client-focused with strong communication skills.
