My client is a market leader at the forefront of risk management and mitigation technology and they are looking for an Application Support Analyst. This role will be based in Canberra and offers a hybrid work arrangement. It is a customer-facing role and requires an existing NV1 Security Clearance (preferred) or the eligibility to obtain one. Previous experience working with the Department of Defence is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive IT support
* Develop product expertise

* Assist with projects and improvements
About You
* 1+ year of professional experience in IT or application support
* Strong team player with self-drive and ability to work autonomously
* Skilled in using ticketing systems and change tools
* High attention to detail and flexibility
* Analytic and escalation-aware
* Excellent time management
* Strong software troubleshooting skills
* Responsive and customer-focused
* Builds and maintains client relationships
* Clear and professional communicator
* Strong experience in SQL server database reporting or scripting
* Familiarity with Unix environments and scripting
* Familiar with ChemAlert and/or FirstPriority (preference)
