Restaurant Leadership Role

* Assign tasks, conduct briefings, and support the head of department in ensuring thorough inductions and training for team members.
* Maintain inventory levels, monitor rosters, and complete operational reports.
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet high standards.
* Establish open communication channels between departments and teams.
Essential Qualifications:
* Current RSA certification is required.
* Strong understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations.
* Passion for creating an excellent customer experience.
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively as a team player.
