About the Role

* Supports front-line leaders, execution and planning teams in heavy mobile equipment maintenance activities.
* Provides governance over work management standards and departmental guidelines to ensure safe and cost-effective maintenance execution.
* Drives long-term improvements in fleet performance and safe work execution by collaborating with supervisors and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Supports daily work execution and assists job progression when necessary.
2. Assists supervisors and leaders in meeting daily metrics and targets.
3. Looks forward to planning maintenance to best set the team up for success.
4. Actively drives the elimination of live work and ITR initiatives.
5. Mobilises service contractors as needed.
6. Manages site preparation for incoming HME/SME fleets and on-site shuts.
7. Adapts to innovative technologies as part of decarbonisation plans.
8. Provides a consistent link with OEMs and vendors to ensure schedule adherence and cost control.
9. Ensures adherence to fleet management strategies.
10. Promotes a positive and engaging influence at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Trade Qualified - HD Fitter/Auto Electrician.
* Proven experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance and overseeing safe maintenance activities.
* Strong leadership experience.
* Proficient in Excel, SAP, Anaplan and Word.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
