Perth Racing is seeking a dynamic, driven and authentic individual with a proven track record of success to become an integral part of the Executive Team as General Manager, Marketing & Communications.
The General Manager Marketing & Communications will lead the execution of all aspects of the Club’s brand and marketing activities, including racing content, media, production and communications. You will also be responsible for the Club’s membership and customer engagement activities, to increase loyalty with stakeholders and strengthen Perth Racing’s reputation and drive long-term value and revenue.
Leading an integrated and high-performing team and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role plays an integral part in the planning and delivery of strategies to engage customers and drive sales and loyalty. As part of the Executive team, you’ll contribute to Perth Racing’s strategic and business objectives while managing a purpose driven and highly impactful team.
This is a hands-on executive leadership role in a fast-paced and agile environment, and you will generate and manage successful media relationships and be a key contact and resource for collaborative working with stakeholders and community organisations.
