Job Title: Mechanical Fitter-Shift
Maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment is a key responsibility in this role.
Install, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems at our facility in a safe and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine PM's, shutdown work, as well as some shift coverage and call-out work.
* Diagnosis of equipment faults and breakdowns
* Estimation of time and materials required to complete jobs and submitting orders
* Carry out estimations for planned tasks and order associated parts
* Undertake repairs and component change outs where required
* Regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure good working order
* Provide training, supervision, and support to apprentices as needed
Requirements:
A Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
A Current Unrestricted C-Class WA Manual Driver's Licence
Satisfactory NPC clearance
A Valid Work Visa or Australian Citizenship
