Factual Investigation Opportunities
As a Factual Investigator, you will have the autonomy to design your day and work in a role that offers variety and flexibility.
The position involves attending various locations within Sydney metro and Greater Sydney, as well as key responsibilities such as interviewing parties, taking statements, collating evidence, and producing detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend investigations at multiple locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW
* Conduct interviews with relevant parties, gather statements, and collect pertinent evidence
* Communicate effectively with the investigations support team and other relevant stakeholders
* Prepare and draft factual investigation reports
About You:
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E)
* Have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
* Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines are required
