GemLife is seeking a Project Architect (12 Month Contract) to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Design Manager and Architects across all stages of luxury commercial projects and play a key role in the creative design and documentation.

As the Project Architect, you will lead and coordinate offshore documentation teams, ensuring quality control, consistency, and alignment with GemLife standards. You will manage multiple project scales and assist with documentation delivery during peak periods as required. With GemLife's strong projected work pipeline, this role is crucial for continuing to deliver our high-end commercial facilities across Australia.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate offshore documentation teams, ensuring quality control, consistency, and alignment with GemLife standards.
* Manage multiple project scales and assist with documentation delivery during peak periods as required.
* Collaborate with Design Manager and Architects across all stages of luxury commercial projects.
Qualifications
* 8-10 years of post-master's experience in architecture
* A degree in Architecture; registration is preferred
* Advanced Revit skills
* Strong documentation and project delivery experience
* Solid knowledge of NCC, BCA, and Australian Standards
* Technical proficiency with a keen eye for detail
* Expertise in concept design through to design development
* Support consultant coordination and internal stakeholder engagement across project delivery stages
