We're seeking a Store Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and coordinating ordering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor stock levels using daily reports to identify areas for improvement.
* Inspect and store stock items in a secure and efficient manner.
* Prepare parts and inventory for planned maintenance tasks to ensure timely availability.
* Maintain an organised and safe store layout.
* Perform regular stocktakes and update records in the stock control system.
* Support workshop staff with locating parts and tools, and assist with contractor services.
* Process purchase orders and other documentation in line with procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inventory management and purchasing within a workshop environment.
* Strong knowledge of stock control, auditing and invoice processing procedures.
* Proficient in using computerised inventory systems and MS Office applications.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Physically fit to meet required medical standards.
