Milestone hotel is looking for a Full Time Chef & cook, as we head into our busier period of the year.
About the Position:
As a Full Time Chef, you will be responsible for:
* Manage a high performing team, and ensure high standard of consistency and quality
* Work together with the kitchen team
* Design and implement new ideas for exceptional seasonal menus
* Have a passion and desire for food, ideas will be embraced
* Be able to work unsupervised
* Ensuring that food costs and wages are meeting budget.
* Ensuring the Kitchen Minimum Standards (KMS) are being followed and adhered to by all kitchen team members
· Minimum 1 years' experience in a high-volume venue as a Chef.
