We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team, full-time.
This role is a mix of outbound prospecting, nurturing inbound enquiries, and supporting sales/marketing operations. It’s a fantastic opportunity to grow into an Key Account Manager role as you develop relationships and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: cold calling, outbound lead generation, and pipeline building
- Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads into opportunities
- Supporting proposals, quoting, and CRM updates
- Researching products, industries, and potential clients
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to support business growth
Qualifications
- Previous sales or business development experience (manufacturing, hardware, or B2B preferred)
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- Strong Presentation
- Proactive, confident, and results-driven approach
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- Full-time availability in office
