We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team, full-time.
This role is a mix of outbound prospecting, nurturing inbound enquiries, and supporting sales/marketing operations. It's a fantastic opportunity to grow into an Key Account Manager role as you develop relationships and deliver results.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting: cold calling, outbound lead generation, and pipeline building
* Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads into opportunities
* Supporting proposals, quoting, and CRM updates
* Researching products, industries, and potential clients
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to support business growth
Qualifications
* Previous sales or business development experience (manufacturing, hardware, or B2B preferred)
* Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
* Strong Presentation
* Proactive, confident, and results-driven approach
* CRM and Microsoft Office experience
* Full-time availability in office
