Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services. This will include assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs aimed at restoring physical function and preventing further injury. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans and educate patients, families, and carers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services.
* Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring physical function and preventing further injury.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
* Educate patients, families, and carers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and health promotion.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Requirements:
* Holds a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrates experience in delivering physiotherapy services across various clinical settings.
* Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
* Values collaboration and actively contributes to a positive team culture.
* Australian citizens or applicants with permanent residency.
