Your role as a Home Lending Specialist(known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager)is to deliveran exceptionalexperience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
Whetheryou'reguiding first home buyerscreatea plan topurchase, or supporting a seasoned investor,you'llplay an integral partofhelping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.
In this dynamic and high-impact role,you'llmake your mark by:
Building a pipeline of lending leads.
Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind thatwe'rehere to help them achieve their goals
Leveraging your credit analysisexpertiseand understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers
Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning.

What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:
Extensive experience in customer service or sales
High levelof understanding of policiesand regulations
An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
