About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will:
Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
Support residents' emotional and social needs
Maintain accurate care documentation
Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
A current National Police Check
A caring and respectful approach towards residents
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
