This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time and Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
We currently have multiple positions available across four departments: Acute Geriatric, Orthogeriatric Rehabilitation, General Rehabilitation, and Stroke Rehabilitation wards.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 28/02/2026.

Fremantle Hospital (FH) is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries, and medical services.

We are seeking Clinical Nurses to join our teams on the Acute Geriatric, Orthogeriatric Rehabilitation, General Rehabilitation, and Stroke Rehabilitation wards. The successful applicants will, as part of a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients.
