About the Role
* We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage daily operations and lead our team in the Manager's absence.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing daily operations and after-hours callouts.
2. Overseeing guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
3. Assisting with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
4. Delivering top-tier guest service.
5. Inspiring and supporting the team.
6. Contributing to marketing efforts to attract new guests.
About You
* You will have proven experience in hospitality/accommodation management.
* You will possess people leadership skills with a focus on training and development.
* You will have strong financial management and budget oversight experience.
* You will be tech-savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems.
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
* You will be flexible and available for weekend and after-hours shifts.

* Federal Police Clearance.
* Valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state.
* Able to lift up to 20kg, kneel, squat, and work with chemicals and machinery.
