Roles & Responsibilities:
* Hands-on experience in test automation for UI and APIs.
* Analyze test cases, test evidence, and process documentation to develop automated test cases.
* Develop and maintain automation test artefacts; build test scripts under the guidance of the Automation Lead.
* Execute automation using WebdriverIO, Java, and JavaScript.
* Perform both manual and automation testing as required.
* Practical experience with Selenium (Salesforce/Claims/Insurance domain experience is advantageous).
* Experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for test execution.
* Knowledge of modern QA principles and practices.
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work across different SDLCs (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as within a high-functioning team.
