About the Role:
* Position: Oral Health Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) Hygienists and Dental therapists are also invited to apply.
* Location: Albany WA
* Start Date: July or later in 2025
As an Oral Health Therapist, you will:
* Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic oral health care to patients of all ages.
* Perform dental examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and fissure sealants.
* Administer local anaesthesia and take dental radiographs as required.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and promote preventive care.
* Collaborate with our dentists and dental team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Dual qualifications in dental hygiene and dental therapy (highly desirable).
* Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Knowledge of current Australian dental guidelines and standards.
