About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their General Medical Ward team. As a valued member of the clinical team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. You'll play an integral role in delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while supporting junior nursing staff and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Skills and Experience Essential Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience in a General Medical or Acute Ward setting. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication, organisation, and critical thinking skills. Commitment to professional development and maintaining annual competencies. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (day, evening, night, and weekend shifts). Desirable Experience within the private hospital sector. Knowledge of current clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives.
