Organisational Development Specialist

Our goal is to become the benchmark for organisational development in Australia's banking industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering organisational development strategies and solutions that meet the needs of our business.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in organisational development, talent identification and succession planning within a medium to large corporate organisation. They will possess high level proficiency in talent management, performance management, leadership, and people capability.

This role requires demonstrated leadership skills, with either direct or indirect reports, and proven capability in project management and execution for small and large initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. They will also have a strong consulting skillset, with the ability to build trust and negotiate with influence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop, and deliver relevant and sustainable organisational development strategies and solutions aligned to organisational needs.
* Manage the implementation and ongoing continuous improvement of organisational development strategies and solutions.
* Provide thought leadership on organisational development by keeping abreast of emerging trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques.


Requirements:

* Extensive experience in organisational development, talent identification and succession planning within a medium to large corporate organisation.
* High level proficiency in talent management, performance management, leadership, and people capability.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with either direct or indirect reports.
* Proven capability in project management and execution for small and large initiatives.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
