Kanda Children, Youth & Family Services is seeking a dedicated Property Officer to join our team full-time in Ipswich, QLD. This role is responsible for maintaining properties and assets to a high standard, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency while supporting accommodation and programs for children and young people under statutory intervention.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and coordinate trades
* Conduct inspections, manage vacates, and assist the team as needed
* Ensure legislative and contractor compliance
* Source, order, and manage assets and maintain accurate records
* Support property growth opportunities and build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
* Maintain high-standard documentation in line with Kanda policies
About You
* Experience in building, maintenance, or community housing
* Strong multitasking, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills
* Excellent time management, organisation, and administrative skills
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, web applications)
* Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Blue Card, LCS2, NDIS Worker Screening & current Class C Driver's Licence
