Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
The role involves developing existing and new accounts, providing solutions, and creating proposals for suppliers/clients related to technical and standard products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to meet customer requirements.
Proactively identify sales opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar industry.
A valid driver's licence is essential.
Strong technical knowledge of Fluid Power / industrial engineering services is highly advantageous.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa.
