* Conduct routine and advanced analytical laboratory testing on epoxy and urethane systems used in coatings, adhesives, flooring and industrial applications.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse, interpret and develop tests.
* Troubleshoot and resolve formulation issues across epoxy and urethane systems.
* Support quality control initiatives and ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant industry regulations.
* Maintain product standards and specifications.
* Ensure seamless scale-up from laboratory to production.
* Provide technical guidance to production, sales and customers: solving performance issues, interpreting test data, and delivering practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
