The opportunity
The role is responsible for the preparation and deliver accurate and executable maintenance schedules, ensuring the right work is completed at the right time to support safe and efficient execution of maintenance and the delivery of reliable plant performance. Reporting into the Contract Manager the position will be located at Lake Macquarie NSW.
What You’ll Do
1. Prepare and establish the project planning system and procedures
2. Establish the resource plan and project measurement systems
3. SME when it comes to Conditions of Contract
4. Accountable for contractor management, establishing & managing CMS routines Including performance against KPI's and relevant plant performance
5. Liaise with all project team members, departments, subcontractors, suppliers etc as required
6. Develop maintenance schedules with 2 weeks to 12-month forecast

What We’re Looking For
1. Exposure to planning of maintenance activities in accordance with client requirements
2. Ability to read and interpret drawings and contracts
3. High level understanding of Asset Management & Work Management with proven ability of applying and governing within operational environment system Proficient in MS Office suite especially Excel
4. Knowledge of Power Plant Process and Systems
5. Highly computer literate and diversity in the utilisation of various programs, including SAP maintenance systems
