Internal Review Officer
Our Federal Government Agency in Adelaide seeks an Internal Review Officer to join its team.
The Agency's Internal Reviews and Complaints Branch coordinates the handling and resolution of reviews and complaints within the organization.
Working with participants, providers, internal staff, and external agencies, the branch aims to manage and resolve reviews and complaints efficiently as outlined in the Agency Service Charter.
The Internal Review Team delivers a streamlined approach to manage the participant experience of internal reviews and the Agency's reputation.
Responsibilities include:
* Engaging with participants to gather information regarding review requests.
* Making evidence-based decisions as prescribed in the NDIS Act and NDIA policies.
* Monitoring and managing caseloads to ensure internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
* Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes, and systems.
* Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Managing high workloads effectively.
Australian Citizenship is required, and a basic understanding of disability or lived experience in the field is highly desirable.
