Child Protection Specialist
The role of a Child Protection Specialist is to work collaboratively with parents, family members and children to develop strategies that address safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct case planning and collaborate with families in identifying goals and objectives that align with their needs.
* Work closely with other agencies and engage in complex problem-solving to address child and family matters.
* Build positive relationships with parents, family members and children through open communication and mutual respect.
Requirements:
* Completed or currently undertaking a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science and Welfare along with relevant experience.
* A commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children, young people and families.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A valid driver's licence (P1 or above).
* A current paid working with children clearance number.
