Job Title: Administration Manager
Location: Macedon Lodge (Horse Training Facility)
Salary: $80,000 per year (inclusive of superannuation)

Macedon Lodge is a renowned horse training facility and is seeking a highly organised and hands-on Administration Manager to oversee daily office operations and financial administration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment and can confidently manage both administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
· Prepare, issue and follow up customer and supplier invoices
· Perform bookkeeping including reconciliations and ledger maintenance
· Process payroll and maintain payroll records
· Manage electronic banking, payments and reconciliations
· Manage incoming emails and general enquiries
· Provide administrative support to our team
· Coordinate staff and support team operations
About You:
· Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping roles
· Experience using Xero accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting
· Experience with payroll processing and reporting
· Experience preparing BAS, PAYG and super obligations
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Comfortable working in a horse racing stable environment
· High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
