We have a role available for a casual Customer Services Assistant to be based in our Dubbo office.
Reporting to the Tenancy Services Team Lead, the Customer Services Assistant will provide a broad range of tenancy and maintenance support to ensure the efficient and effective management of tenancies and properties, including administration, inspections, and dealings with the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
The Customer Services Assistant will be highly organized, customer-focused, and provide a broad range of tenancy and property management services for a portfolio of social and affordable homes.
Specific responsibilities will include conducting lease sign-ups, routine inspections, ensuring all information in our system is up-to-date, following up on client inquiries, promoting tenant engagement, and providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful, you will have effective administrative, planning, and organizational skills. Experience in tenancy and property management and/or community services is highly desirable.
You will also need a current driver’s license, the ability to obtain a Police Check, and a Working With Children Check.

This is a casual position averaging 20 hours per week. Workdays and hours are flexible depending on candidate availability.
The Customer Services Assistant is classified as a Level 2.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $41.76 gross per hour (including casual loading).
