We are seeking a skilled Planning Administrator to support our Planning and Logistics teams.
About the Role
This role involves administering invoices, managing documents, and performing reporting tasks. Ideal candidates should have experience in supply chain or logistics, be detail-oriented, and possess intermediate skills in Excel and SAP.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with invoice administration including data entry accuracy check of received invoices.
The planning administrator must also maintain accurate document control procedures which include file naming conventions.
In addition they will perform routine reports required by team leads using their skills acquired from SAP or MS Office systems.
